We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, performing data entry, and delivering exceptional customer service. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Process order entries and ensure accuracy of information
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative assistant role
Proficient in computerized systems and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
