Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista/Counterperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the counter.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and coffee station
- Uphold our standards for quality and consistency in every beverage served
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
