Requirements:
Motivated individual with 2-3 years management experience in dining/culinary, Beer/Wine focused restaurants
A strong focus on the guest experience
Ability to work under pressure and improvise when needed
Determination to achieve excellence
Experience with ordering, scheduling, financials, opening/closing duties,beverage menu development
A strong understanding and passion for culinary and beverage aspects of the hospitality industry
The ability to train staff to uphold and maintain the standards of the restaurant
