We’re a property maintenance service company in the Philly metro, looking for skilled pros. This is an opportunity to pick up work on the side or fill your schedule up if you’d like. You can choose when and how much you want to take projects.
You can also choose what projects you want to take. Projects primarily consist of general service calls for property maintenance that typically pay $25 to $30/hr. More extensive projects that involve skilled trade are paid based on your estimate for the project. Some examples are HVAC system replacement, deck replacement, flooring replacement, and major electrical or plumbing work, etc.
Once you are set up, we’ll send you be notified as projects come in and can take them as you want.
