Growing small artisan plaster shop looking for full time helper. Should be physically fit (able to lift 50 pound bags and able to climb ladders), and live in/around Philadelphia. A candidate must be motivated, with a strong desire and ability to learn the trade. Artistic or creative background will be useful. There will be extensive travel throughout the United States and Canada (typically 1-2+ weeks away per job). There will be a trial period to start - good opportunity for the right person to advance.
