Looking for concrete crew for help on a big project

I own my own paving & masonry company. I have a big project coming up & i need some extra workers, so I'm looking for a concrete crew to come help out on this project. Please email how many guys & how much per day for the crew. 1 project should take 2 weeks & we have another that should take 3 months to complete.
