We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance:
+Install new HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
+Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Repair:
+Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems and equipment.
+Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including compressors, motors, and electrical controls.
Customer Service:
+Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner.
+Offer recommendations for system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.
Documentation:
+Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
+Complete work orders and service reports in a timely manner.
Compliance:
+Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
+Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
+High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program preferred.
+Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
Licensing & Certifications:
+Valid HVAC technician certification and/or relevant licenses.
+EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
Technical Skills:
+Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, electrical systems, and refrigeration.
+Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

+Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
