Heavy Truck Mechanic Needed

We have a 1990 GMC - P35 food truck. The engine however only has 18,000 miles on it. It still has some frequent mechanical issues. We're looking for a mechanic who knows these kinds of trucks, and whom we can call on as needed. If you're a mechanic that knows these trucks, and works independently we'd love to hear from you!
