juju salon & organics is a one-of-a-kind business in Philadelphia, offering both organic hair care and sharing its space with its sister business Design Nest, a curated vintage homewares store. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our vibrant team as a Front Desk Receptionist & Store/Salon Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the front desk schedule, booking appointments for hair salon.
Process payments and maintain accurate point-of-sale records.
Answer phones, answer customer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized area for both the salon and vintage store.
Assist with social media content creation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Familiarity with the salon and vintage homeware industry a plus.
