Field Sales Representative - Philadelphia

We are looking for a future Field Sales Representative who is driven to succeed both individually and as a team. If you are a top seller and want to exceed past sales quotas and if you are highly motivated to achieve your goals, 1stMILE is the place to be!

1stMILE is a software technology company; focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the Automotive marketplace. We have more than 18,000+ locations using our 1stMile software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions.

Position Objective: This position will be required to close new direct sales by going on site to Automotive locations and moving them through the sales pipeline until paperwork is collected. This will allow our company to grow and add more team members to several different departments. We offer a base salary + commission

Position Responsibilities:

Present 1stMILE software solution to perspective clients in a professional and consultative manner.

Follow up on all assigned leads within one business day.

Log all notes, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM.

Achieve and maintain sales quota level performance within 90 days.

Attend all meetings, trainings, and events as needed.

Knowledge/Credentials/Experience— 1-4 years of sales experience. High school diploma required.

Skills & Ability—CRM, telephone skills, Outlook and MS 365. Demonstrated ability for time management, ethical, project management, problem solving/analysis, wide degree of creativity, and multitask a variety of responsibilities. Proficient written and verbal communication.

Physical characteristics— ability to sit, stand, bend, lift no more than 50lbs, talk, hear, type, read printed material, utilize a computer and professionally communicate.

Environmental factors— Working at a home office with 80% of your time in the field visiting prospective clients. Personal vehicle required for transportation.

Working conditions –regular business hours, situational holidays & weekends as necessary to meet business needs.
