Busy Real Estate Wholesale Company is looking for experienced acquisition manger to join our team.
Work Related Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have a "Hunter" mentality and not afraid of rejection
1+ years of Real Estate Sales required
Must enjoy reaching out to new people on a constant basis, in person and on the phone
High level of motivation and persistence
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Your #1 responsibility will be completing in-home seller appointments and closing deals! We provide leads
All sales are done on the phone, no driving required
Must be able to call from the office
Utilizing all sources to reach more home sellers that need a cash offer for their home!
Compensation:
Commission on properties purchased and sold. Average first year compensation $80,000+ depending on success.
Hours fluctuate depending on the marketing campaign, but total around 50-55 hours a week.
