We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, independent, eager to learn, motivated, driven, able to balance an array of responsibilities, and has strong organizational skills.
This person will often the first point of contact for our Clients and Tenants and will be responsible for Bookkeeping, AP, AR & other administrative support duties. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Process A/R & A/P Invoices, PO's, Proposals as needed
Check emails, prioritize, reply
Manage other staff members schedule
Research as directed
Correspondence with Clients and large Agencies / Assist in person and on the phone
Formatting and producing reports
Manage excel spreadsheets
Electronic file management and filing manually
Should have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Must be flexible, show initiative and follow-through
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Help Answer incoming calls; Transfer/Route Calls
Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge is required; Accounts Receivable experience a plus.
Must have excellent communication skills - both in speech and writing. Must have basic knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping.
Must be organized and able to focus on tasks at hand.
Must be deadline driven and respond to tasks in a timely manner.
Must be able to solve problems independently, as well as take and follow directions.
Must have a positive attitude!
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping, Word, Excel and Outlook required; Accounting Skills a plus.
Be available at least 40+ hours a week.
