Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer Phones: Handle and direct calls, take messages.
Manage Inquiries: Respond to emails and inquiries.
Schedule: Manage calendars and appointments.
Handle Mail: Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage Documents: Create, edit, and file documents.
Order Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Data Entry: Update information in systems.
Correspondence: Draft and send memos and official letters.
Oversee Office Operations: Ensure office maintenance and equipment are in good condition.
Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe work environment.
Plan Events: Help organize office events and meetings.
Track Budget: Monitor and report on office expenses.
Assist Executives: Provide support to executives and staff.
Support Communication: Share updates and information with staff.
Customer Support: Address client and customer needs.
Assist with Projects: Help with special tasks and projects.
Train New Employees: Support onboarding and training.
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
