SRIG is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Construction Management division. Our office is conveniently located in West Conshohocken, minutes from I76 and I476.
We seek a candidate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and customer-first mindset. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and will work with our sales, production and installation teams. You absolutely must be a people person. You will be involved in daily contact with our customers, vendors and team members. We expect you to work with a happy and inspiring spirit.
Primary Responsibilities - You will be executing task management responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Providing Project Updates to Customers, Vendors, and Team Members
- Processing incoming phone, email and MMS communications
- Completing the project management task assignments by deadline dates
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch period (we are flexible 30 minutes start/finish)
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate: $12 - $15 based on experience level
