Market Street Group is a fast-growing multi-faceted business located in Camden, New Jersey looking for the right candidate to assist in our digital marketing strategies.
Our preferred candidate will have extensive computer and social media marketing knowledge. Candidates will be cross trained in marketing and minor administrative responsibilities.
This is an IN-OFFICE position.
Required Experience:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
2 Years experience in digital marketing
Excel & Microsoft Suite Proficiency
Ideal candidate will display:
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Strong planning & time management
Ability to self-manage with some supervision
The role will consist of:
Copy & Content creation
Managing multiple social channels & cross posting campaigns
Email marketing & list management
Development of digital marketing strategies (B2B & B2C)
Direct audience engagement
Review, analyze metrics to improve performance
Light administrative duties
Compensation:
Starting rate of $17/hr. with
Part-time / full-time depending on experience
Performance based bonuses & raises available after 30-day training period
