Required Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with engineers and others
- Good organizational skills and completion-oriented attitude
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong computer skills
- Blueprint & schematic reading skills
- Ability to use & read micrometers and calipers
- Strong shop math skills
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Associates Degree or Certification a plus
A Plus:
- 1+ year of CNC mill / machining center experience
