Sign people up for fitness event- potential for +$100K

I am the organizer of a fitness event taking place near Allentown in early 2025. I am looking for someone to convince people to sign up and then register them in-person or over the phone. For every person that is signed up, I will pay you $20. You receive a $200 bonus for every 50 people that are registered. Potential to make +$100K quickly if you put in the work.
