Job description:
Create, implement, and manage marketing efforts for a full service commercial real estate brokerage company. Your primary mission is to build brand awareness and reach our target market of Tenants, Landlords, Buyers, Sellers of commercial real estate throughout the State of Pennsylvania. Work alongside the sales staff in client support activities and project fulfillment. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns.
Job Duties
-Establish and manage marketing and branding including consistency across listing sites, e-blasts, website, social media, signage, brochures
-Focused marketing on individual listings as necessary
-Coordinate with vendors on signage and other marketing purchases
-Assist with marketing budget development and tracking
-Event planning, coordination and execution.
-Order office supplies, and act as IT liaison
Qualifications:
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Primarily Publisher and Word)
-Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
-Knowledge of WordPress preferred
