Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the properties related to the day-to-day operations of the community. Essential duties, include but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting. Make ready units for new move-ins. Report, schedule and complete preventative maintenance. This job requires the technician to carry his own tools. Have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Job requires exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, 25-50 pounds of force frequently and 10-20 pounds of force constantly. Required: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License.
