Maintenance Assistant

Hayes Manor Retirement Residence, a small non-profit senior home is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our staff. Must be able to relate to residents, visitors and staff in a courteous manner; be willing to work occasional weekend or after hours for maintenance emergencies or severe weather conditions. Experience in maintenance, grounds maintenance, environmental services and handyman skills. Must be able to lift/push up to 75lbs. Must be able to lift, carry, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, kneel, push, pull and twist using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time. Must have a valid PA driver's license.
