Job description
Duties
· Daily recordkeeping of projects
· Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
· Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and estimates
· Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
· Will travel around job to job this is not a sedentary position
· Pick up and deliver materials to job sites when needed
Experience
· 1-3 years experience in general construction
· Experience writing estimates and invoices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Experience in recordkeeping
· Advanced organizational skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Experience in a deadline-driven environment; time management skills
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
· Must pass a background check and drug test
· Must have a valid drivers license
