Rapidly growing custom cabinet and refinishing shop in Hatfield is looking for a production assistant / shop hand.
The best candidate will possess:
Strong work ethic
Honest communication
Willingness to LEARN (be a learn-it-all, not a know-it-all!)
Specific skills not required - but familiarity with general construction, carpentry, painting, or manufacturing is a HUGE plus!
Timeliness and accountability
Able to work with or without a team as needed
The ability to follow instruction and work on problem solving with others
Physically able to lift over 50lbs and be on your feet throughout the workday

Hours:
8:30-5pm Monday-Friday
This position is FULL time from 30-50 hours, project dependent
MUST be willing to work outside of regular hours as needed (Very rare, but able to preferred)
Spanish Bi-lingual is helpful (NOT required but beneficial!)
Must possess valid driver's license and pass drug screening as required
This is NOT a cash position, this is a bi-weekly pay structure through the company
Pay is hourly - determined by availability and previous employment experience
