About the Role

As a Blower Truck Operator, you’ll be the lead on our material installation and topdressing application projects. You’ll be trusted with operating specialized landscape machinery and leading job site operations as a foremen with the help of your laborers to complete jobs on time and with excellence. You will be our first line of offense while you interact with our customers and many times the end user in the field during daily operations

Key Responsibilities

Drive & Transport: Safely operate and drive a truck to/from work sites, shop, or staging areas.

Site Operations: Act as the lead operator at job sites, working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Communicate effectively with management team as well as customer

Equipment Handling/ Maintenance: Operate truck-mounted landscape topdressing equipment with skill and precision after training. Maintain the equipment and the truck so it is safe, and prevents break downs. Ie. grease fittings, check fluids, etc

Safety & Readiness: Follow all safety protocols and ensure equipment readiness under a variety of weather and terrain conditions.

Availability: Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather, including early mornings, weekends and some nights.

About You

You’re a reliable, skilled operator who understands the importance of safety, teamwork, and delivering great service to our clients.

Required:

Valid drivers license (CDL is not required but recognized with compensation)

Background in landscape or construction in an operational capacity

Clean driving record and a commitment to safe practices

Preferred:

Knowledge of landscaping or construction industries

Ability to lead small teams on-site

Strong communication and customer service skills
