Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources
Generate leads and convert them into client admissions
Plan and execute marketing events and presentations
Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth intake process
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
Highly organized with strong time management abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care, or senior services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Knowledge of the local healthcare market and referral networks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have CRM & Sales experience
