Lead Line Cook
We are seeking a Lead Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial kitchen with all aspects of line operations, including grill and sauté. This position will assist the Head Chef with preparing entrees, overseeing sanitation, and controlling portion sizes.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of food items for a la carte and banquet service.
Preparing soups and sauces as instructed by the Head Chef.
Plating and garnishing meals according to Head Chef specifications.
Ensuring all line items are adequately stocked.
This position may lead to a Sous Chef role.
Pantry Cook
We are looking for a Pantry Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial kitchen focused on cold side production and desserts. This position will be responsible for preparing all cold items and desserts and will report to the Head Chef.
Responsibilities:
Maintain adequate inventory of all cold menu items.
Prepare all cold menu items for a la carte and banquet service according to Head Chef specifications.
Prepare all dessert menu items.
Plating and garnishing meals according to Head Chef specifications.
Ensuring all line items are adequately stocked.
Part-Time Line Cook
This position will be responsible for plating and garnishing meals according to Head Chef specifications. Additionally, this role will handle breaking down and closing the line at the end of service.
Full Time Dishwasher
This position will be responsible for cleaning all dishes, pots & pans as well as maintaining cleanliness of facilities. Will report to Head Chef and perform special projects as assigned.
