DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare food in accordance with Garces’ Latin-inspired recipes and standards.
Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years of age or older to operate kitchen equipment.
Previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge and experience with kitchen equipment is required.
Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.
