McGillin’s Olde Ale House, Philadelphia’s oldest and most authentic tavern seeks hard working and seasoned candidates for the position of line cook (grill, fry, salads). The ability to multitask and be self-motivated is a key success factor. Qualified applicants have several years of previous experience, excel in a team environment, can come to us with new ideas and can work in a motivated team environment, while at the same time be willing to adapt and learn our standards. Open availability is a requirement as we are open seven days per week for lunch and dinner. ServSafe certified applicants preferred.
