South St. restaurant is looking for fry cook and dishwasher for dinner service. Must have prior fry cook/dishwashing experience and the ability to work as a team.
Fry cook duties include:
Keeping a clean and organized workstation
Prepare food items according to recipes and specifications
Operating deep fryers and other kitchen equipment
Portioning and arranging food items prior to serving
Dishwasher duties include:
Sweep, mop and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and tidy work area
Make sure kitchen is cleaned at the end of each shift
Bag kitchen trash and discard in a dumpster at intervals
Maintain adequate levels of detergents and other cleaning supplies
Stock supplies such as food items and utensils in kitchen and storage areas
Unload food deliveries
Make sure all trash is put out based on pickup schedule
Make sure trash storage area is kept clean and tidy.
