HospitalityStaff - Staffing for Industry Professionals since 1997. We are working in Colleges and Universities in your area. We are looking for professional and reliable Line Cooks that can work different stations at a professional kitchen.
Line Cook duties and responsibilities: Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking foods to meet specific customer preferences, and often required to handle tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their station.
Additional Cook job duties and responsibilities include:
-Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes
-Chopping and preparing vegetables and other non-meat ingredients
-Stocking ingredients and kitchen supplies
-Maintaining clean and sanitized workstations
-Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a Line Cook at a professional kitchen.
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must be able to work the 3pm to 10pm schedule.
