Excutive Sous

Executive Sous Chef Wanted. We are a center city café with a high volume of breakfast and lunch sales with eat in, take out and catering daily. Additionally, we are adding to our eclectic mix a food truck or two very soon. Our recently expanded café features southern cuisine all made from scratch. We need a creative, dedicated leader to work hand in hand with our Executive Chef to guide our hard-working staff to new heights while maintaining our quality focused standards. This is a hands-on position for a chef with management skills and the attention to the details of good tasting food and cleanliness. Responsibilities include creating daily specials, training and mentoring staff, handling food and labor cost containment. Tremendous growth opportunity environment as we are growing by leaps and bounds. We are open seven days a week with 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. retail hours. This position is predominantly 5 days a week, not many evenings, with a 52- 55 hour week. Excellent salary and compensation for the right candidate.
