South St Restaurant and Lounge has opening for a full-time dishwasher.
Dishwasher must have previous restaurant dishwashing experience and be familiar with the expectations of a commercial kitchen. Must have a great work ethic, and take direction easily, dishwasher will be responsible for the following task.
Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, kitchenware, and utensils.
Doing kitchen cleanup at the end of shift.
Mopping and sanitizing floors
Unloading deliveries
Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
Proper storage of food items in reserve areas.
Assist kitchen in retrieving food items throughout shift.
