Responsibilities

Prepare and serve deli items such as meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the deli area by regularly sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe environment.
Monitor inventory levels of deli products and assist in restocking as needed to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while delivering excellent customer service.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company policies to maintain quality standards.
Experience

Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is REQUIRED.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of culinary practices related to deli operations is advantageous.
