Frankford Tiki Bar is a Philadelphia-based, full service bar offering chill island vibes for people from all over our city in the heart of Fishtown. Our specialities include custom crafted ‘tiki’ cocktails and mocktails, using fresh ingredients.
Pay: $20.00/hr plus sales commission ( net restaurant sales )
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, hospitality, bartending experience with a passion for creating a top tier experience for all guests.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise bar staff on proper drink preparation and service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests of area
- Implement strategies to maximize bar profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
Experience:
-Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or bartender is a must
Requirements:
-RAMP Certified
-Basic social media skills
-Experience using Canva
-Microsoft Office experience
