Position: Event Coordinator
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our events, working closely with clients to turn their dreams into reality. Your role includes:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs and vision.
Coordinating all event details, including timelines, décor, catering, and more.
Overseeing events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Collaborating with vendors and our in-house team to deliver excellence.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning and event execution process.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a MUST
