Your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist will support our Talent Acquisition strategy by delivering superior experiences to key talent throughout the recruiting and hiring process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for EVERSANA, you will be tasked with candidate engagement and coordination activities related to interviewing, background checks, and sourcing. You will demonstrate success by:Interviewing: You will coordinate interviews for select candidates while ensuring you are helping to inform and demonstrate EVERSANA’s cultural beliefs and purpose.Offers: You will help in the creation and facilitation of offer letters, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Background Checks: You will help ensure our candidates have clarity and support as they submit to background checks and navigate that process demonstrating EVERSANA’s cultural beliefs.Sourcing: You will help source candidates in support of your recruitment peers to identify and engage top talent.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:Partner with recruiters and people leaders to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.Initiate and facilitate background checks through to completion, ensuring timeliness and clarity with candidates.Source, on an as-needed basis, to help identify, engage, and manage external talent and talent communities.Ensure proper process and documentation is achieved through your actions and the actions of our hiring process stakeholders.Lead and participate in TA related continuous improvement projects.All other duties as assignedThe above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position. #LI-CG1
