You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Data Intelligence and Analysis - Practice Support team provides PwC a series of organisational technology capabilities that include business intelligence, data management, data warehouse, and data assurance. Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :4 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes.Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study :Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information ScienceCertification(s) Preferred :Salesforce Certified Administrator, Tableau CRM & EinsteinPreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success in understanding business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including the following areas:Displaying familiarity of all phases of applications systems analysis and TCRM development;

Demonstrating the ability to effectively work and communicate with Business Analysts and Architects on requirements, implementation approaches and solutions;

Demonstrating the ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com end users acrossTCRM, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations;

Extracting relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources and applying it to solution designs that are scalable and supported by a well defined implementation approach;

Adapting to rapid changes and understanding the severity and impact of these changes in order to support and use future technology;

Demonstrating agility in modifying proposed solutions or approaches as needed to address evolving requirements;

Utilizing analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; and,

Displaying attention to detail in executing and reviewing the work of others to establish quality standards that are achieved.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success in performing function and technical capabilities, and learning new capabilities, including the following areas:Understanding and applying of TCRM best practices, functionality, setup & configuration and general architecture;

Articulating and clearly communicating complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner;

Demonstrating familiarity with TCRM Administration and Configuration (Hands on experience implementing datasets, recipes, workflow rules, validation rules, complex assignment rules, process builders, working with metadata etc.);

Creating and demoing working proofs of concept for business requirements using out of the box features of Salesforce TCRM;

Understanding third party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations, and ability to document an end-to-end process in the whole;

Understanding non-functional requirements related to access control, security, performance, or integrations;

Demonstrating the ability to consult and work with Developers when they have challenges in building a technical solution;

Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members;

Providing guidance, clarification, and feedback to less-experience team members; and,

Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives in different phases simultaneously.
