We are seeking a Research Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and initiatives of the funded research project "Tele-exercise for Individuals with SCI: Physical, Psychological and Social Determinants".
The position will be hourly and time commitment will vary based on the time of the tele-exercise program delivery.
Essential Functions
A part-time research assistant will have duties required for patient recruitment, screening participant eligibility determination, consenting, scheduling participant quantitative assessments, sending biweekly class reminders and zoom links, data entry, and general study management of the proposed trial.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, take initiative and meet deadlines.
Flexible, committed and problem-solving attitude.
Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.

Additional Information
This is a part-time per diem position classified as non-exempt. The pay offered is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
