| | - Oversee the collection, |
| | analysis, and interpretation |
| | of institutional data, |
| | ensuring accuracy and |
| | compliance with relevant |
| | standards. |
| | - Utilize statistical |
| | methods and research |
| | techniques to identify |
| | trends, patterns, and areas |
| | for improvement. |
| | - Prepare and present |
| | comprehensive reports on key |
| | performance indicators, |
| | enrollment trends, student |
| | success metrics, and other |
| | relevant data to various |
| | stakeholders. |
| | - Create ad-hoc reports as |
| | needed to support |
| | decision-making, goal |
| | setting, assessment, and |
| | strategic planning across |
| | division. |
| | - Ensure the accurate and |
| | timely reporting of all |
| | institutional data required |
| | by federal (e.g., |
| | IPEDS), state (e.g., PA Dept. |
| | of Education MyPDESuite |
| | system), and accreditation |
| | agencies (e.g., Middle |
| | States). |
| | - Design and implement |
| | surveys to gather feedback |
| | from students, faculty, and |
| | staff, using the results to |
| | inform institutional |
| | improvements. |
| | - Develop and implement data |
| | governance policies and |
| | procedures to maintain data |
| | integrity and security. |
| | - Foster collaborative |
| | relationships with executive |
| | cabinet, |
| | CIO, registrar, academic |
| | departments, administrative |
| | units, and external partners |
| | to enhance data-driven |
| | decision-making across the |
| | college. |
