Position SummaryThe Pretrial Service Department of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania’s mission is to safeguard pretrial justice while maximizing public safety and court appearance. Pretrial Services meets this mission through pre-arraignment interviews, supervised release services, appointment of counsel interviews, and enforcement of judicial orders.This full-time position within Pretrial Services involves performing clerical and verification-related duties within The Data Verification Unit. The work involves contact with subjects and various law enforcement agencies for the purpose of warrant verifications. An employee in this position must maintain professionalism at all times, pay close attention to detail to ensure information is recorded accurately, and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
