You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.15% Annual Target Bonus based on quarterly performance and the opportunity for Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses, up to $1,500 per quarter.Options to live on-site, rent free, at the apartment community you are working (certain exclusions and taxes apply, and an application is required).Career Growth Opportunities. AIR prefers to promote our own teammates whenever possible and provides training and development programs to help prepare you for what’s next.Additional Benefits listed below.A bit more about what you’ll do…Lead and develop a team of 1-2 direct reports Provide exemplary service to residents and team membersManage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requestsCommunicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressedEnsure property is in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & SafetyManage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
