- Computer proficiency mandatory: use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office.
- Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, poised, high energy.
- Genuine interest in business and find problem-solving exhilarating.
- Should it be open for hire by the client after 18 months.
- Candidates who have done 6 months of internship after undergrad would be given preference.
- Junior BSA The Business Analyst (BA) is a team member who translates product or business requirements into functional/non-functional requirements for the development team(s).
- They ensure their requirements convey how the result will delight customers, and what business problem or need they are solving.
- The Business Systems Analyst role will also be required to support testing and production releases as well.
- This may include weekend and off-hours support.
- Before being onboard with the Client, candidates will go through an intense one-month course that will cover the following topics.
- Understanding the US HealthCare System.
- Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Waterfall/Agile.
- Data Warehouse Concepts.
- Business Analysis.
- Data Analysis.
- Database design.
- Fundamentals of ETL.
- Fundamentals of SQL.
- Mapping data from source to target.
- Excel functions/charts/pivot tables After successful completion of the course, candidates will start working with the Client where they will be mentored by a senior BSA and will experience on-the-job learning.
