We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Child Daycare Director to lead our brand new facility.
We are a multilingual environment. Must speak English and (Russian and/or Ukrainian)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to ensure a high standard of care and education for all children.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards. - Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a high level of performance and staff morale.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. Master's preferred. - Minimum of [5 years] experience in early childhood education and management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and accreditation processes. -
