We’re looking for Remote Customer Service Medicare Agent to work for our client who is leading health insurance company in the Philadelphia region. Earn $18/hr.

Temp to Hire – Position starts on September 16, 2024. Call center is open 7 days a week. From the time of start – there will be 8-10 weeks training (paid) from 8 AM to 4:45 PM Monday to Friday; All candidates are required to be available during those hours. Once training is over, you will get a fixed schedule anytime from 8am to 8pm.
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
Available Shift Times:
First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 4:45pm
Key Requirements:
MUST be able to work Remote from Home – equipment will be provided. – be up to 20 miles surrounding area of Philadelphia, PA
Requires HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, call center experience is preferred
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Strong Customer Focused competencies, seeking service-oriented individuals.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills,
phone based position which requires excellent verbal communication; ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone.
Strong problem-solving skills.
1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
Ability to navigate through multiple systems
Medical background helpful
