Flexible Call Center Representative (15-30 Hours/Week)
Join our Market Research team as a Call Center Representative! This flexible position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
This is an IN-OFFICE POSSITION in Newtown Square, PA
Hours: Flexible, 15-30 hours/week (Monday-Friday, daytime hours)
Pay: $12/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to recruit participants for research studies.
Maintain professional, polite phone communication.
Accurately record participant responses in our database.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a Market Research Call Center is a plus (but not required – we’ll train the right candidate!).
Familiarity with medical terms is a bonus, as we specialize in healthcare recruitment.
Strong multitasking skills and professional communication.
