Customer Service Representative

Arrow Pool Service is a family run business located in Norristown, PA. that has been operating since 1968. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer phones, set up pool openings, closings, and maintenance appointments, respond to customer inquiries, type proposals, collect customer payments, support field technicians and perform other administrative tasks as needed. This is a full-time position, and the hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional Saturdays required during the busy season. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Service industry experience is a plus but not required.
