Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and exceed quarterly targets.
Prospect & Convert: Identify high-potential leads through cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and nurture long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to design and pitch customized service offerings.
Market Insight: Analyze industry trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments.
A proven track record of closing deals, meeting targets, and building robust pipelines.
Exceptional communication skills—able to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented—thrives in a remote, autonomous setting.
