CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a large and well-established organization in the industrial supplier space looking to add a Cash Applications Specialist to their team. This company is looking for an experienced professional that can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$24/hr - $25/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Applicants for the Cash Applications Specialist role must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Past high-volume cash applications experience is needed with a strong emphasis on processing and working through discrepancies. Experience of at least 3 - 5 years in an accounts receivables and cash applications focused role is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CASH APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST:
Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices.
Cash applications processing and analysis.
Updating and reconciling reporting/processing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE CASH APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Cash application experience is a must.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE CASH APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST:
SAP experience is a big plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred.
