ELSR expects the following:
We expect our Personal Trainers to provide customized personal training services and to conduct sessions in an engaging, safe, and effective manner. Personal trainers need to really love what they do and highly motivate their clients towards their personal goals to become successful. Personal trainers are required to participate in club events, spend some time during the workday in re-racking equipment, cleaning the facility, desk work or other tasks.
Personal Trainers must display:
Excellent customer service
Decision-making Skills
STRONG Communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and attend all mandatory trainings/meetings
Ability to create generating income events/programs
Ability to be a team member and move the business in a forward manner
Job Requirements:
A passion for fitness and helping people
A true desire to grow as a professional and be a part of a team
Successful completion of criminal background check required
Strong communication skills
CPR and AED CERTIFIED
Background in Corrective Exercise
Would love to see but not required:
Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification
2 years of experience in the Corrective Exercise Field
A Bachelor's degree from a 4 year Exercise Science Program
