In need of a part time Maintenance Tech, 24-32 hours per week, to take care of apartment complex. Job will be, doing apartment turn overs, maintenance and repairs on rental properties. Duties will include, painting, drywall patching, and plumbing. Must be able to take after hours emergency calls. Please send resume with phone number.
