About the position:
The 2D Graphics Production Artist is responsible for setting up and checking print files for tradeshow, permanent installs and experiential events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Consults with Designer, Sales and Clients to develop and determine technical requirements necessary to product graphic elements
Assists design teams primarily in producing print, packaging, advertising, point-of-purchase, and digital graphics
Provide complete graphic packages to include all work orders, color proofs and graphic key plans
Ensures working knowledge of technology utilized in the production of design and production
Troubleshoot and problem solve creative solutions for an accurate design
Collaborate with graphic designers to format artwork, ensure print quality standards are met, and will often collect, process, and organize files then send into production.
Non-Essential Functions:
Participates in meetings with internal team and external clients to review scope of work.

Skills and Qualifications (Competencies):
HS Diploma required - associate degree preferred
Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Print production
Typesetting
Graphic Production Project management
Quality assurance and control
Understanding of RIPS, Printers, and Installation
Color editing and Photo Editing
